Event Details

1. Registration Deadline is Wednesday, June 26, 2024
   Parade start time is NOON and will proceed down Jackson Street from the Willard Middle School to Jackson Street Park.


2. Start: Willard Middle School, 205 Miller Rd, Willard, MO 65781
   End: Jackson Street Park, 222 W Jackson St, Willard, MO 65781
3. No entry fees required
4. You must have proof of insurance on all moving vehicles and trailers


5. Trophy awards will be issued to:
   Best Musical Organization
   Best Vehicle
   Best Commercial Organization
   Best Non-Profit Organization
   Most Patriotic Pet


6. The winning entries will be announced from the main stage shortly after the parade (see event schedule)

Parade Rules & Regulations
​

• Entries into the Freedom Fest Parade are allowed to distribute candy and/or flyers from their float. CANDY MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED AND FLYERS MUST BE FAMILY-FRIENDLY.
• Parade entries are to be a-political and non-divisive. We do allow floats by persons running for office, however they must maintain a family-friendly tone and ran by the official campaign team.
• Entries will follow traffic laws, boundaries, and Parks representative instructions and keep safety as their top priority. Failure to heed event staff instructions or drive/operate vehicles in a careless manner will result in exclusion from Parks events and/or legal action. ​
